HEAD ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruit and select faculty.

Select strategies to create a school-wide curriculum to achieve high test scores and educational goals.

Engage with families of students for at-home support of education.

Develop transparent leadership, collaborative culture, and an organization devoted to excellence in instruction and life skills.

Deliver results that serve the school’s mission through establishing efficient teams at all grade levels.

Drive long term academic success as a leader of an exemplary school that is founded upon a team concept.

Ensure that budgets fully support the school mission and vision of the school and community.

Possess an accurate knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and practices for the implementation a school budget.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $52,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Education:

• Master’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• teaching: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• North Carolina (Preferred)
