About the role
The Global Vendor Manager (Benefits) role is aligned to Consumer business will be part of People Services Team supporting more than 30 markets across EMEA region to start with, then moving to a global scale.
You will play a crucial role and be responsible for managing group of vendors that provide benefits to our employees in the region. This person will be responsible for extending existing contracts, negotiations, ensuring meeting internal compliance processes, cooperation with vendors and internal stakeholders (Comp&Ben Managers, Global Benefits Manager, Legal Department, Finance Department, Compliance Department , Procurement Department etc.), managing liabilities as well as selection process of new vendors to ensure the best service for our employees. The role as part of People Services will report to the Compensttion & Benefits Ops Lead for EMEA region and will closely cooperate with global Benefit team as well as external providers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Oversee portfolio of vendors providing benefits across EMEA region and establishing relationship with this group,
Understanding internal compliance processes, managing TPO and TPRM (Third Party Oversee and Third Party Risk Assessment) for vendors,
Lead end-to-end process of making a contract with new vendors and renew agreements with current vendors
Negotiate the pricing and other service conditions with vendors,
Perform market research for demanded services,
Cooperate closely with external brokers,
Monitor service performance against service level agreements and produce service reports and escalate as required for business-critical impact,
Close cooperation with internal stakeholders (Comp&Ben Managers, Global Benefits Manager, Legal Department, Finance Department, Compliance Department , Procurement Department etc.) to ensure that contracts meets internal and external standards and requirements,
Following internal process of payments (creating Purchase Orders and ensuring that invoices are paid by finance teams) ensuring all liabilities are managed on time,
Escalating challenges and informing stakeholders about changes in benefits programs and other aspects that might have impact on operational tasks managed by HR Team
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Experienced with managing external vendors, ideally multi-markets and volume of vendors, understanding how to manage, contracts, engagement, delivery and payment processes and other activities relevant to vendor management
Demonstrated problem solver, strong communication, internal and external stakeholder management and relationship building
Understand and navigated complexity of different markets and systems (e.g. OneTrust, CERPS, Ariba etc.)
