Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from external customers
• Respond to online website chat
• Answer customer emails for information or complaints
• Act as an expert in helping customers place orders
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Provide office administrative support

Qualifications:

• Must have experience working with customers in a customer service role.
• Have above average writing and speaking fluency.
• Must have excellent command of English language.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must be available Saturday and Sunday
• IT background or Social Media experience is definitely an asset.
