The Operations Manager ensures that all business operations are being conducted in the most efficient, effective, and profitable manner.
The Operations Manager analyzes and manages the processes employed in all aspects of the Profit Center, investigates the possibility of process improvements, and when applicable, implements changes and trains staff.
