Haitou Global Hiring for HR & Administrative Assistant Job at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities:

1. Assist to develop recruitment plan for China and U.S., clarify requirements, complete screening of resumes, interview arrangements, background checks, etc., complete global recruitment tasks on time and on demand;
2. Asssit to maintain, develop and improve recruitment channels, and establish a global talent pool;
3. Assist with the company’s administrative work, including but not limited to process systems, logistics security, document printing and files, purchasing assets, employee activity management, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Human Resources related majors are preferred;
2. 0-2 years human resources & administrative work experience, U.S. study and working experience is preferred, Financial, Technology, and Start-up company working experience is a plus;
3. Familiar with the recruitment process and recruitment skills, have experience in salary & performance appraisal, organizational development, and human resource planning, have good communication skills, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure.

Salary: $15-30/h, H1B sponsorship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hour
