We are looking to recruit a Resident quality engineer, this candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality ing measures and improve processes.

Responsibilities

1. For the quality problems that occur on site, candidate can judge whether the problem is supplier’s or not based on the content of the training.

2. For problems that arise, it is necessary to communicate with customers in time and give feedback to Supplier ASAP.

3. It is also necessary to have the use of certain Excel tools, such as data analysis and summary

Qualifications

1. English is the working language, and bilingual Chinese are the most advantageous;

2. Good at communication, and is based in the local area, and also accepts short-distance business trips;

3. Have certain similar service experience, such as work experience and experience in 4S shops, auto repair factories, and third-party service companies;

4. Basic understanding of automobile structure, basic understanding of automobile electrical and electronic control;

5. Can use bus tools (Such as CAN) and have computer operation ability;

6. Driver’s license.

1. Have experience in after-sales service of electronic control products;

2. Ability of data analysis, and can conduct basic analysis and summary of the recorded data;

3. Understand the basic functions of the vehicle controller;

4. Have an understanding of the accessories controlled by the VCU, such as fans, water pumps, relays, valves, etc.;
