Hain Daniels Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator Job at Remote Full Time

Hain Celestial are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator. This role will require travel to the different manufacturing sites to support with the operational volume recruitment. The purpose of the role is to attract and select , to standard, talent into the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning- Partner with site teams to create seasonal high volume recruitment plans
• Attraction- Drive employer brand to attract talent
• Selection- Develop robust recruitment standards to ensure we recruit the right people first time
• Coordination – Monitor applications, review adverts, set up interviews, provide feedback, liaise with job boards
• Reporting – Partner with line managers to ensure right establishment

What you will need for the role / what it will take

• Previous high volume recruitment in fast paced environment
• FMCG recruitment experience required
• Ability to influence and persuade
• Good IT skills
• Able to travel and spend time away from home
• Driving license*
