Haileybury Rendall School is seeking an Admissions Officer. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing 8 November 2021 or earlier by agreement

The Admissions Officer is the first point of contact for prospective students/families to the School, requiring quality communications ensuring that all contact with the community is positive and welcoming with the aim to develop ongoing relationships into the future.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the relationship between the School and prospective and new students and their families, from initial enquiry through to student admission.
• Coordination of the Enrolment process including interviews, follow-up, administrative work relating to offers, acceptances and deferments
• Managing school management systems to optimise accurate data entry and collection, and enhance efficiency in the admissions process
• Support Organisation and administration related to Scholarship applications and testing, including: liaising with scholarship testing companies, communicating with applicants, conduct of the exam and production of results.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and relate to people from a range of backgrounds
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Strong experience in data entry and use of School management systems and ability to learn and implement new systems and processes efficiently
• Qualifications in Business/Office Administration will be highly regarded.
