REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF ARCHER CITY
• MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH A COMPUTER, MS WORD AND EXCEL, AND BE OPEN TO LEARNING NEW SOFTWARE
• MUST HAVE EXCELLENT GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF DATA ENTRY AND BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE

Haigood & Campbell LLC (http://haigood-campbell.com) is a family-owned fuel and lubricant company that has served North Texas since 1947.

40-hour work week (8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch).

We are an “all hands on deck” office so when the phone lines are all ringing, we help each other out by answering the phones and taking care of customers.

You must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, be open to learning new bookkeeping software and have a working knowledge of office procedures. (DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE)
