Haifa Wholesale LLC Hiring for Buyer at San Antonio, TX Full Time

The Buyer position combines entry level purchasing responsibilities of executing key stock replenishment and special-order procurement requirements, with being a link between sales to meet customer requirements.

• Manage procurement and replenishment of assigned products/vendors.
• Maintain timely and accurate order acknowledgments and supplier promise dates.
• Expedite/follow up on open purchase orders to maximize stock availability and ensure timely delivery of product.
• Support sales and other key internal customers on purchasing and inventory needs.
• Publish, maintain, and oversee the tracking of supplier performance and partner with suppliers to improve performance.
• Proactively be engaged with suppliers to negotiate and resolve performance issues that may impact costs, customer service, or quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $38,383.33 – $46,225.09 per year
