You’ll join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, initially for a six-month fixed term contract.

As a true talent acquisition expert, you’ll be responsible for helping us to recruit a number of roles, predominantly across our Service division. You’ll be an experienced recruitment coordinator, who is happy to assist with a variety of recruitment and talent acquisition tasks, including advertising, finding great candidates, booking interviews, preparing interview packs, assisting with interviews/ assessments, ensuring effective onboarding and reporting.

We’re transforming as an organisation, so it’s important that you’re a talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment. You’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders, so you must be a great communicator and have an organised, efficient approach. It would be great if you have experience of working with ability and behavioural psychometric assessments as we utilise these across our company. We are moving towards a hybrid working approach (60% office, 40% home based) and there would be the expectation for the successful Talent Acquisition Specialist to travel to our sites in Bolton and Birchwood 60% of the time, so you must live within reasonable commuting distance of these locations. There may also be the requirement for occasional travel throughout the UK.
