You’ll be based out of our fantastic Birchwood park office (WA3 6XG) but you’ll also have the opportunity to work from home 40% of the time.

As a HR Assistant you’ll be responsible for supporting the Human Resources team with the delivery of a broad range of tasks across the HR function. Your day to day will be varied and busy and you’ll play a key part in the smooth running of the HR team, assisting with supporting over 600 colleagues across the UK and Ireland. You’ll be responsible for administering HR processes for the full colleague lifecycle and will provide a first-class service to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Ideally CIPD qualified, you’ll have a breadth of experience gained across all areas of the HR function. We’re undergoing an exciting systems transformation so it’s important you have a digital mindset, great systems skills and ideally experience of Workday. It’s also important that you’re an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
