Our HR function and business is going through significant change and transformation, with sustained investments in people, process and policies to support. You’ll be a CIPD Qualified HR Leader with demonstrable experience in change management and be capable of ensuring that colleague experience and human resources excellence are at the heart of business decisions.
As Head of HR Operations, you’ll have operational responsibility for all day-to-day HR transactional and restructuring activities, employee relations and day-to-day colleague experience across the UK and Ireland.
You’ll manage your team (currently 3) to support operations across a full range of functions covering c650 colleagues based nationwide in the UK and Ireland spread across all head office functions and large Field Engineering, Contact Centre and Warehouse and logistics colleague populations.
You’ll work alongside the wider HR Management team (who are responsible for Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, Engagement, Wellbeing and Learning) to deliver a best in class service and help us to achieve our zero-distance to colleagues and candidates aim.
You’ll be based at our Birchwood office with the opportunity for a level of flexible hybrid home working and the expectation of travel between our sites and to visit our field engineering workforce
