– We have a permanent position available for 37 hours a week.

To work with the HR Manager and assist the Director of People Services in the delivery of day to day people services, producing HR analytics, building strong relationships with Managers, improving processes and implementing new procedures.
Provide administration support to the People Services team and HR guidance to managers and staff across the breadth of HR. Maintain and update employee records and provide accurate information and performance data as required.
· Managing the recruitment and secondment processes, the recruitment inbox and applicant tracking, identifying process improvements and producing HR analytics.
· Working with hiring managers and marketing to produce attractive job adverts and post on relevant recruitment platforms.
· Creating shortlisting and interview documents for line managers in a timely manner.
· Facilitate the interview process and ensure that interviewers use nondiscriminatory role specific questions.
· Maintain up to date accurate employee records
· Ensure all employee contract changes are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner, liaise with other departments including payroll to ensure that all changes are communicated.
· Administrate pre-employment and DBS checking.
· Manage the employee lifecycle, records and reporting from the organisation’s HR system
· Liaise with all departments to ensure an effective induction and on-boarding experience for new employees.
· Manage the sickness absence and all leave processes, supporting line managers with absence review meetings.
