Duties for the Finance Manager will include day to day accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, posting mortgage payments including escrow, and liaison to title company for home sales, overseeing internal controls, developing financial strategy, monitoring expenditures, overseeing annual insurance, and monitoring cash flow.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with at least 3 years of experience directly related to the above duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
