Document change coordinator (Engineering and ISO)

HABCO Manufacturing specializes in producing award-winning, commercial refrigeration appliances. Our research and development has powered some of the industry’s most significant technological advances and many industry firsts, including being the first to envision, design and produce removable Cassette® refrigeration.

We have a newly created position of Document Change Coordinator to join our Engineering group at our North York location.

We are looking for an extremely organized individual that can look after the Engineering Change Control procedure from the time someone fills out the ECC form through the follow up until it is closed. This will involve chasing people for answers and documents etc.

Additionally, the Document Change Coordinator will be our “ISO Champion”, coordinating the internal and external audits, scheduling training for internal auditors, coordinating changes to ISO documents. They will be expected to lead us through external audits and follow up with any non-conformances until they are resolved.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
