We have an amazing opportunity to work for a global industry-leading organisation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Executive.

This role works closely with the hiring managing, being able to spot relevant talents for the organisation in different sectors.

Do you have internal recruitment skills? Can you multitask, work well in a fast paced environment and work confidently to help grow and expand the organisation?

Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Working on and managing approximately 8/10 recs at one time

• Stakeholder management and engagement skills
• Being able to participate in and lead resource management meetings
• Have an agency type mentality
• Be able to utilise in-house talents but outsource where necessary
• Software and IT knowledge or industry experience preferable
• Report directly to ops director and head of HR
• Excellent networking skills
• Be able to adapt to a wide range of industries

Package for Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Salary 35,000 to 50,000 dependant on experience
• Hybrid working (1/2 days in Bham based office)
