H & H Consulting Hiring for Assistant Plant Manager at Frazier Park, CA Full Time

• Candidate duties may include:

• Assist and Direct plant activities and staff as part of 24/7 production environment that is regulated by DOT, MSHA and OSHA standards.
• Support and Champion advocacy with leadership focus centered on safety as number one plant fundamental, followed by environmental stewardship, quality control, productivity, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance.
• You will assist in specifically managing employees in various manufacturing, maintenance, quarry and distribution departments. Managed activities may include but are not limited to the following: production operations, parts, and components management, purchasing, contract management, capital project management, budgeting, customer service and quality assurance.
• You will nurture and develop plant employees into leaders, focusing on creating plant employees that embrace a culture of safety, and produce quality aggregates while following plant maintenance-prescribed procedures, and maintain a professional plant appearance.
• Utilizes daily key performance indicators to drive operational excellence in maintenance, operations, and customer service.
• Team builder who can communicate expectations to direct s and drive the vision down to the lowest level.
• Creates a culture throughout plant personnel that embraces customer service and seeks to build deep, lasting relationships with every level of customer organizations.
• Ensures compliance with all environmental permits (air and water). VEE Certified.
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
• Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
• Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards working with maintenance for fixed and mobile preventive maintenance work orders.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

• 8+ years manufacturing management at a supervisor or manger level.
• 10 years of Construction Materials experience.
• Working knowledge of KRONOS time keeping programs.
• Title V Operating Permit experience desired

Ability to implement mining and reclamation plan for surface mining operation

Competitive pay: $87-113K + Benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,000.00 – $113,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Construction Materials: 10 years (Preferred)
• manufacturing management at a supervisor or manger level: 8 years (Preferred)
• KRONOS time keeping programs: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Title V Operating Permit (Preferred)
