Gymshark Hiring for Planning Manager at Denver, CO Full Time

This role exists to support the North America Commercial function in maintaining budgets, development and execution of the long term financial plans presentation and identifying new opportunities for success.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders as well as internal and external teams
• Coordinating and leading the monthly Open-To-Buy process including financial forecasts
• Support of the annual budget process by translating the revenue targets down to gender territory
• Spearhead the preseason planning process offering receipt targets that are aligned with company revenue targets by territory gender and category
• Managing in season commercial calendar by leveraging current performance to react into various trade activations
• Managing and development of a team of individuals
• Analysis of current and historical performance to drive strategic initiatives that coincide with long range plan

Accountable for:

• Achieving sales revenue budget, healthy inventory position
• Improving gross margin, discount rate
• Delivering monthly Open-To-Buy
• Presenting weekly selling recaps
• Sharing hindsight’s post key trade activations
• Delivering quarterly receipt forecasts

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Essential Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in a merchandising, planning or buying role
• Excel savy and self-motivated leaner
• Loves to analyse numbers and passionate about product
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in a leadership role with the merchandising or retail industry
• Willing to travel

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSDEN, Denver, Colorado, USA.

This role has a salary range between $108,000-120,000 annually depending on experience.
