We are looking for an HR Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis, with flexibility on either a 6 or 9 month contract, to oversee project plans for a large-scale new business win for GXO, focusing on key change areas including reorganisation, rationalisation, site openings, TUPE & changes in T&C’s.
Your standard working hours will be Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with hybrid working. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) per annum, as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Support the Senior HRM and Account Director with the creation of the stakeholder management and engagement plans with defined deliverables of specific change initiatives
Define and scope project plans and ensure compliance with the agreed change methodology, framework and tools of the change programme
Provide our HR and operational community with guidance, expertise and coaching to ensure the successful delivery of the change agenda, whilst ensuring the customer is kept fully informed and updated
Matrix management of all workstream leads to ensure change management activities are delivered in line with the project plan
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Qualified to a minimum of CIPD level 5, Level 7 would be beneficial
Strong HR generalist background with an excellent understanding of UK employment law and industrial relations (TUPE, redundancy, change of T&C’s etc.)
