Looking for a HR Lead for an exciting FTC opportunity. If you have HR Transformation or HRIS Implementation experience and a hands-on pro-active approach to analysing, defining and designing our new roadmap through to delivering and communicating the changes.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £450 a day. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pro rata (plus bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks. Your main base will be our head office in Northampton, but we will consider home and flexible working for this role.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Supporting the day to day TSA Management including: SLA, work allocation, capacity planning, escalations, volume management and reporting
Ownership and of the HR deployment / Readiness plan – ensuring all key areas of the plan are covered (systems, process & people)
Throughout the deployment, this role will support the upskilling of the teams to transition into future state, advising the change management team of future changes at our sites and inputting into the Change Management workstream.
Working with other internal upstream and downstream teams to ensure all requirements are considered end-to-end: Payroll, T&A, benefits pensions etc.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Up to 10 years payroll experience in projects or BAU environment
Experience of divesting payrolls a benefit
The ability to run large scale payroll parallel runs
Experience implementing payroll and operating models required
