Logistics is an industry that is rapidly growing and we want you to be a part of it.
There are endless opportunities with GXO, a global logistics company where we really take the ongoing development of our colleagues seriously – at the end of the day, it’s the people that make a business successful!
With the two-year programme broken down into three placements (in three separate locations throughout the UK), you’ll cover a variety of areas including human resources, talent acquisition and learning and development. This will ensure you gain a well-rounded view of our business and allow you to build key contacts at all levels. You’ll need to be dedicated, driven and up for a challenge, but we’re confident that we can give you the tools to jump into a full-time, permanent role at the end of the programme and build a successful career in HR.
We work with customers such as ASOS, EE, Heineken, ZARA, Virgin Media, Nestlé, Costa Coffee and Missguided, to name only a few, so be prepared to see the diversity of roles and contracts we have at GXO.
With a focus on your continued development and growth, you’ll be given the opportunity to develop your skills and build your knowledge further with a bespoke development plan consisting of HR training opportunities, health and safety qualifications and access to our global learning platform, GXO University.
You will be given responsibility from day one, along with an amazing support network of colleagues and senior managers, some of whom also came through the same programme themselves!
Our Graduate Academy team are always on hand to offer advice through regular one-to-ones, graduate webinars and tailored development events. The team are here to ensure that you are getting the most out of all your placements while guiding you through your GXO journey.
If you’re looking for a career (and not just a job) that will challenge but also reward you, the GXO Graduate Academy is the place to launch your career.
Sound good so far? If so, we’d love to hear from you – apply today and one of the team will be in touch to talk you through the process and answer any initial questions you may have.
