We’re looking for a HR Advisor to assist our HR team in leading and implementing our people plan at our Greene King site in Greenford – We’re not looking for someone to tick every box listed below, but we are looking for someone that can help drive a culture of positive engagement whilst spinning many plates at one time. Due to the high exposure you’ll receive to various elements of HR, this will really help kick your career on.

We’re looking to pay between £28,000 – £33,000 per annum. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other benefits.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Day-to-day you will provide a first level advisory service to the site team. You’ll be supporting the delivery of the People Agenda to align culture, talent, structure and processes
As well as assisting the HR Manager with implementing the site People Plan.
You will support the site talent agenda with development, appraisals and succession planning. We also want you to support the leadership team in setting standards and building a positive site culture – we want this to be an awesome place to work and you’re in a great position to influence this
We believe we’re good at what we do, but also appreciate that we can always do things better. We want you to work with a view of continuous improvement and help make positive changes where possible
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role. A CIPD isn’t necessarily essential but would certainly help
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would really help you in this role – no two days will be the same and you will need the ability to think on your feet
Good understanding of process and able to handle casework such as disciplinaries investigations of cases.
