We have been awarded a new contract in Rushden with Abercrombie & Fitch within our eCommerce business unit, and we are looking for an HR Administrator to provide timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers on-site in all aspects of Human Resources.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Assist in coordinating all aspects of the monthly and weekly payroll activities, including additional hours, sickness, absence, and holiday
Maintain Time and Attendance (T&A) – carrying out all required responsibilities as trained, inputting the relevant codes for holidays, absence etc, pulling reports
Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records, as well as compile employee contracts and new starter paperwork
Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Have past HR experience in a similar capacity with a generalist background
A strong commercial focus and the ability to build long term client relationships
Hold knowledge of employment law, as well as HR policies, practice, employee relations, and change management approaches
Experienced user of Microsoft Office and HR databases
