GXO Logistics Hiring for HR Administrator at Barnsley Full Time

At our ASOS Barnsley site we are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join us working Monday – Friday on a 9 month secondment due to maternity leave.

Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £21,900 per annum. In addition, we offer 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
HR Administrative duties as directed by your line manager

Provide a timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers

Develop the correct behaviours and culture within area of responsibility according to the GXO Logistics values and commitments

Continue to promote the quality and value of the overall HR function both within and outside of GXO

What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience working in a HR environment, in a people focused role

Excellent communicator, as you will be working with stakeholders at different levels

Good use of Microsoft Office and experience working with HR databases

Any payroll experience would be an advantage
