- Reviewing gas and electric accounts in the billing system
- Sending emails/letters or calling customers to schedule appointments to exchange the existing meter.
- Tracking all customer communications on spreadsheets
- Notating accounts
- Managing follow up items according to the documented process as well as communicating with field and office personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- 3 years of experience
