Summary of Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive individual that is excited about getting involved in a fast-growing company with a startup mentality.

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will work with our Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and develop and oversee the execution of internal marketing efforts and campaigns, as well as working with external partners to deliver well-coordinated integrated marketing plans. You will be responsible for creating and coordinating marketing campaigns to deliver a full range of services, including SEO, social media, display, creative, merchandising of product, email & content. You will also be responsible for setting and committing to deadlines, goals, strategies and project completion.

Proven experience working with internal experts and external partners/publishers to deliver against an insightful, well-coordinated integrated marketing plan is essential to being successful in this role. The ideal candidate is someone who has a background in e-commerce and who can support the growth and optimization of the web site.

Essential Functions:

• Planning & organization: developing project plans, timelines, and ensuring they are adhered to; demonstrating a high level of organization, ability to manage multiple complex schedules efficiently, ensure constant clear communication, and being very detail oriented.
• Partner communication: serving as the campaign point of contact between Guns.com and partners, providing regular updates on project progress, and managing partner expectations; building out project plans and managing assignments to ensure timely delivery of assets to and from partners.
• Internal communication & coordination: working with Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns on high margin inventory, including coordination between the web, e-comm, merchandising, email, digital, SEO, etc. Overseeing internal team coordination and communication of client objectives, priorities, and ensuring everyone is on track to meet project goals.
• Execution and optimization: Ensure internal marketing stakeholders are coordinated to deliver awareness, consideration, engagement, and purchase driving placements that support campaign; partner with publishers and internal resources to drive thoughtful, well executed campaigns.
• ing and documentation: working with analysts in creating project s and documentation, including status updates, progress s, and final project s; tracking project progress and ensuring timelines are met.
• Continuous improvement: identifying areas for process improvement, including project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness; proactively problem solve/troubleshoot for team; identifying and communicate when timelines may not be met or potential gaps in resources.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• Minimum of 2 years’ agency or marketing campaign experience with e-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or other relevant degree
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High levels of organization and detail orientated
• Proven prior work experience presenting findings and making recommendations for paid account optimizations to internal or external clients
• Strong analytical and ing skillsExperience building timelines and workflows
• Experience managing relationships with in-house digital teams or media agencies and juggling and adapting campaigns in line with strategic/tactical changes
• Experience managing towards brand and performance-oriented marketing goals, including digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPA, LTV and ROAS
• Excellent project management skills; delivers results on time and on budget
• Works well within a team and within a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
• Proficient at tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Trello, and other organizational and data driven tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
