Gulfstream Staffing, Inc Hiring for Home Health Scheduler at Boynton Beach, FL Full Time
Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Medicare Certified Home Care organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Home Health Scheduler near Boynton Beach, FL.
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating of all field staff to meet the needs of the patients, in accordance with the Plan of Care.
Position: Home Health Scheduler
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Coordinator works closely with Clinical Manager to manage patient schedules
- Keeps computer system accurate and up to date with schedule changes and visit authorizations
- Communicate with Intake, referral sources, sales staff and team members to facilitate patient care
- Work with Billing Department
- Facilitates Payroll
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year experience in Medicare Office Envirornment
- At least one (1) year experience in Home Health
Compensation:
- Competitive Hourly
- M-F + On-Call Rotation
