The Position:
We are looking for an APPOINTMENT coordinator who is organized, efficient, and detail oriented. This position will be responsible for assisting the team in scheduling appointments, and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, have strong customer service skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties:
Assist patients with booking appointments
Process patient demographic information for new patient forms
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
