Guerbet is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be based in Raleigh, but sit remotely. This individual will be part of our global TA/HR team.

Within the Talent Acquisition team and reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from interview to offer. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide a support in optimization of both our recruitment process and tools.Our Offer

• Opportunity to:
• Ensure all positions requested are approved and budgeted
• Identify the optimal sourcing tools according to country and job family
• Coordinate the recruitments on the assigned territory
• Benchmark international sourcing tools
• Develop “Employer Branding” in close collaboration with the manager
• Track KPIs and provide regular reports
• Partner with HR Community and Hiring Managers to:
• Create recruiting training and tool kit for Hiring Managers
• Develop evaluation test during recruitment process
• Assess their needs for external talents hiring
• Define the profiles and required recruiting strategies
• Be the point of contact for internal and external candidates
• Work with Recruitment Agencies & Headhunters when needed
• Update recruitment dashboard, provide statistics and
• Make suggestions to improve the recruitment process
• Look for new and innovative recruitment methods
• Your profile
• Holder of a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or equivalent
• 2-5 years experience in recruitment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices/Biotech field
• Organized, customer-oriented, rigorous, and reactive
• Good interpersonal skills, able to interact within cross functional teams
