This region covers 14 facilities that span from Erie through the Altoona area. This position is primarily a work-from-home role; but occasional travel for recruitment events may be needed.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AS THE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

The Talent Acquisition Specialist works collaboratively as part of the talent acquisition team and acts as a key contact and liaison for cultivating and driving relationships with schools, colleges and universities, community organizations, and professional networks from where recruitment pipelines can be generated. Promotes employer brand to engage top talent in alignment with Guardian Healthcare’s culture. Partners with internal facility leadership to advertise current openings and engage in community events or provide learning opportunities for the school, community or professional networks. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

• Associate’s degree and experience in Human Resources/Recruitment or equivalent combination of education and related experience is required
• Previous full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience desired, preferably in a healthcare or staffing environment
• Innovative sourcing techniques experience (i.e. social media, talent community management, and/or direct sourcing of passive candidates)
• A knack for networking and relationship building and the ability to positively present opportunities to potential candidates
