GTI Laboratories Hiring for Client Relations & Specimen Processor at Dallas, TX Full Time

GTI Laboratories has an opportunity for a client relations representative and specimen processor to join our team. Through our innovative diagnostic testing, we are able to help our clients improve patient care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Register new accounts in our Laboratory Information System

· Develop positive relationships with our clients via email/phone call

· Answer emails/phone calls

· Constructing and shipping supply orders

· Acts as a liaison among sales representatives, physicians, clinic staff, laboratory, and relays patient data

· Data entry

· Handling of received lab specimens

· Insurance eligibility checks

· Communicating effectively with laboratory staff, sales reps, and clients regarding specimen inquiries

· Solving issues

· Other duties assigned as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Excel, Word Document, Power Point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ 19.00 – $22.00 DOE
