employee’sJob Description: Customer Service Representative
Monday to Friday from 5:30pm to 9:30pm
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer and field employees’ inquiries and resolving issues
– Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
– Assist Field employees with information and support.
– – Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Skills:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Proficient in time management and organizational skills
– Experience in customer service is a plus
