2022 is already shaping up to be an exciting year for G4S; we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the organisations National HR Team, based at the G4S Head Office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a critical role in supporting managers at all levels across all sites within Australia & New Zealand.

• End to end Management of high volume recruitment from Ad writing to producing employment contracts
• Scheduling and conducting after hours group information sessions for potential candidates
• Review and update position descriptions
• Produce ongoing detailed applicant tracking reporting
• Ensure G4S compliance process and standards are met including requesting certified copies of qualifications and identification, obtaining 5 years’ worth employment verifications, lodging online police checks and validating rights to work in Australia in line with G4S Global Screening standards

To Be Considered for this position you must demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualifications;

• Previous experience working as part of a Talent Acquisition team
