G4S are currently offering an exciting opportunity at Port Phillip Prison in the role of Contract Performance Coordinator. In this role you will support the Contracts and Projects Manager in the development, analysis and submission of Port Phillip Prison’s contractual reporting requirements.

As the central liaison for all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Delivery Outcome (SDO) information this role supports continuous improvement efforts throughout the prison through data analysis and reporting.

Port Phillip Prison is a male maximum security prison located at Truganina in Melbourne’s west. The prison has been operated by G4S since 1997 under contract to Corrections Victoria. Over 600 staff onsite deliver a range of professional services to up to 1087 prisoners, in an environment that encourages positive behaviour and attitudes. Our aim is to improve community safety by working with prisoners and our stakeholders to rehabilitate and reduce reoffending.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to collate, interrogate and submit SDO/KPI data
• Produce and/or format reports as per contractual obligations, inlcuding timely data reports to Corrections Victoria
• Complete data collation and analysis tasks as required to ensure continuous improvement of service delivery
• Administrate QFM software system back end data entry , QFM users and enquiries
• Oversee the QFM incident reporting process
• Support the executive management team to analyse data and assist in the production of reports as required
• Conduct quality assurance and process audits of operational delivery
• Assist with the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of service delivery management plans
• Attend contractual meetings on request to provide input and advice on business and performance related elements

• Experience of Power BI dashboard and reporting creation is desirable
