Position to fill: Front Office Staff support

Experience:

· 3-5 Years’ experience in an office environment.

· Able to work independently.

· Fluent in written and spoken English a must.

· Must be detail oriented.

· Experience with Microsoft Office, Accpac & Jobboss2 would be helpful. EXCELL

· Must work as part of a team.

· Ability to work well with figures

· Readiness and eager to learning new skills.

· Must be accurate rather than fast.

· Possesses pleasant phone manners.

· Following instructions provided.

· Ability to work in a team environment.

Duties:

· Greeting of visitors.

· Answer phone and direct calls or take messages.

· Convert quotes to Orders in Jobboss. will train

· Enter AP and AR Transactions into Jobboss.

· Print and prepare documents associated with Orders, drawing and Job Travelers to submit to Plant manager.

· Send Order Confirmations to buyers via email.

· Process Credit Card transactions.

· Monitor company’s general incoming emails and forwarding to appropriate Customer Service Rep.

· Verify and upload Invoices to various Customer

· Respond to Customer emails and requests.

· Maintain and file closed Orders.

· Assist and support Customer Service and Management as required.

· Familiarity with Job Boss not a must….but with ERP SYSTEMS IN GENERAL

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.25-$20.50 per hour
