thita.ai helps engineers prepare for coding interviews through pattern-based learning. Today we have 30,000+ users, zero paid acquisition so far, and multiple products in the pipeline (repowise.dev tryslate.live).

Now we’re adding paid channels and building repeatable growth systems across all three products. This is the first dedicated growth hire.

Role Overview

You’ll own user acquisition across thita.ai, Repowise, and Slate. That means standing up paid campaigns from scratch, scaling what’s already working organically, and building distribution loops that compound. You’ll work directly with the founders, move fast, and have real budget authority.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Build and run campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads from zero (we haven’t spent on paid meta ads yet, so you’re setting the foundation)
• Own budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing
• Track CAC, LTV, ROAS across three distinct products with different user profiles
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels

Growth & Experimentation

• Design rapid experiments across channels and funnels
• Identify new acquisition channels: dev communities, Reddit, Discord, Product Hunt, Hacker News, partnerships
• Manage a X/ Reddit content intern.
• Own SEO and organic discovery for all three products

Content & Distribution

• Collaborate on high-signal content for X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and dev-focused communities
• Turn product insights and user stories into distribution assets
• Build systems that compound.
• Understand how developer audiences discover and trust products

Requirements

• 2–5 years in growth or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads with real budgets
• Strong grasp of funnels, attribution, and analytics
• Can operate independently in ambiguous, early-stage environments
• Comfortable working across multiple products simultaneously

Good to Have

• Experience marketing to developers or technical audiences
• Familiarity with Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt as distribution channels
• SEO or content marketing background
• Experience with tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Analytics
• Strong copywriting instincts (we care about signal density)
