Job Description:

As a Leadership & Development coach you will play a pivotal role in guiding and empowering individuals to unlock their leadership potential and achieve their professional goals. You will work closely with clients to develop customized coaching programs and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Responsibilities:

·      Conduct coaching sessions with clients to identify strengths, weaknesses and development areas

·      Develop personalized coaching plans to support clients in achieving their leadership goals

·      Facilitate leadership workshops and training programs for individuals and teams

·      Collaborate with clients to set and track progress towards goals and milestones

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and engagement

·      Work autonomously and independently

Who we are looking for:

·      People who have at least 5-10 years experience in leadership coaching, talent development or related field

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
