Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Hacker based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Growth Hacker will strategize and execute growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. Responsibilities include analyzing website and user data, optimizing conversion funnels, and developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies. The candidate will collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for growth and devise actionable plans to achieve them.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Growth Hacking with a track record of driving scalable growth
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and Conversion Optimization
• Strong skills in Marketing and crafting effective Marketing Strategies
• Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for business growth
• Creativity and adaptability in testing new ideas and refining growth techniques
• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
