Frustrated that your company is not providing resources that live up to your own high-quality expectations for your HOA customers?

As Landscape Maintenance Account Manager serving our Home Owner Association clients in the Phoenix east valley market, you are responsive and knowledgeable on:

· Management and Leadership – leading and developing a team of 15 – 20, including, field supervisor, multiple crews and crew leaders

· Relationship building – proactively communicating with clients and your team regularly to exceed the clients’ expectations and needs

· Project Management – Inspecting HOA landscapes for quality, potential service improvements and site enhancements

· Attractive base salary of $65 – $85K + bonus

Your Qualifications:

· Consider yourself a “grinder” – 3+ years of managing a large client portfolio with a track record of doing what it takes to be successful

· Experience with Homeowner Association clients – developing outstanding relationships with property managers and HOA boards

· Technology oriented – experience with Aspire considered a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
