Growth Factor Group, Inc Hiring for Arbor Care Division Director Full Time

You manage day-to-day operations – but are you being held back in developing the full potential of your Tree Care Services at your current company?

You are a senior manager of Tree Care Business in the southern LA County/Sun Valley area and:

· Create new business in tree maintenance programs with existing clients and new accounts

· Direct and manage multi-million revenue tree care services with multiple branch operations and account managers

· Design and implement safety and training policies, equipment programs, and regulatory compliance

Your Rewards:

Your Qualifications:

· 5-7 years of experience in a “hands-on”, entrepreneurial environment with business unit revenue, production and profit responsibility.

· Experience in Forestry, Arbor Care, Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Maintenance or related field.

· Management and Leadership developing crews and mentoring crew leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
