Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product and service information, and processing orders, among other tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to consistently maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions with customers, while demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
