The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of the People & Culture team, ing into our Talent Acquisition function. This position is responsible for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience through supporting the team with complex scheduling, logistics, candidate engagement/follow-up, administrative support and metrics/ing. This role is the backbone of the recruiting function and serves as the face of the company to candidates. This person must be an organizational expert, work effectively with internal and external partners, possess stellar communication skills, have the ability/willingness to shift gears at a moment’s notice and truly desire the challenge of helping to build a top tier organization of talented individuals.

We are a strong team of “get it done” individuals and place a high value on sense of urgency with a fantastic attitude. This person must also be proactive by nature, able to read between the lines and know when it’s time to take action, and when more support or communication is needed to help an internal customer or candidate along. This person will also need strong decision-making skills and good sense to navigate our quickly evolving environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Manage candidate logistics, including: interview scheduling, booking conference rooms, travel arrangements, parking validation and greeting/escorting candidates on-site.

• Ensure hiring teams are prepared for their interviews by sending out pre-interview emails/docs, drafting customized interview guides for each role, and sharing best practices.
• Assist recruiters and hiring teams with job fairs and college recruiting events, work with marketing to create and produce event collateral.

• Constantly look for ways to improve candidate experience and process efficiency; help redesign and drive those improvements.

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc s, presentations and recruiting materials as required.

• Flex into recruiting work as needed, potentially including: resume review, sourcing, initial phone screens, projects etc.

• As directed, maintain, update and audit the applicant tracking system.

• Track and record recruiting team metrics, out as requested.

• Prepare and host new hire orientation each week for new employees.

• Own the rewards and recognition program, prepare decks and may present in company meetings.

• Serve as the department backup for Payroll and HRIS as needed.

• Other tasks and projects as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting coordination, supporting multiple recruiters.

• Startup experience is highly preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote). Experience working with MacBook and Google Suite is a big plus.

• Impeccable attention to detail and love for organization is an absolute must.

• Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Outstanding people skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence without authority. If you’re not comfortable with yourself and others, not the right role for you.

• The ability to pushback when needed, holding recruiters and hiring teams accountable for keeping in line with policy and process.

• Prior experience with recruiting programs and projects, preferably at large scale.

• Experience working with an ATS and recruiting tools.

The base hourly range for this role is $32/hr to $38/hr. Actual pay depends on various factors, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
