WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for an experienced full-lifecycle Manufacturing Recruiter, with a proven track record of building diverse pipelines and driving the hiring process in a rapidly growing startup environment. This person will need experience supporting several different departments simultaneously and the ability to learn the business quickly. We’re seeking someone who is intelligent, scrappy, creative, self-sufficient, and able to consistently deliver results. Providing an excellent candidate and hiring team experience is a must at all times. The person in this role also needs to be engaging, able to tell our company’s story and an effective ambassador of our brand and mission.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

-Partner closely with internal hiring teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of their function and present/future needs. Will need to have an “embedded” mentality with each team you support – it’s not just about filling openings.

• Own and implement our recruitment process and solutions, while educating hiring teams on company policy and how conduct interviews within guidelines. Share best practices with the recruiting team and across the entire organization.

• Consistently meet and exceed assigned hiring goals and expectations, ensure alignment with recruiting strategies and business needs. Identify issues, form hypotheses and synthesize your conclusions into actionable recommendations.

• Manage candidates through the process, including initial screens, scheduling of interviews, team interviews, sharing interview feedback, and any assessments deemed necessary.

• out weekly to hiring managers and department leaders, showing the status of each opening and related metrics, need to be able to “show your work” at all times.

• Continuously collect and share market data and industry trends with hiring teams to determine strategy, make adjustments, set expectations and build credibility.

• Manage the company applicant tracking system and keep organized candidate records for active/passive prospects, past candidates and former employees to pull from.

• Stay active on social media and recruiting platforms to build your network, attract quality candidates, and boost the company brand.

• Create an innovative and diverse sourcing strategy customized for each hiring team that includes online sourcing as well as industry associations, local employment offices, and current/past employee referrals.

• Contribute to the continuous development and capability building of the recruiting team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, developing recruitment strategy, and supporting department leaders and their verticals in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

• Relevant industry experience is highly preferred – seeking backgrounds in chemical manufacturing, battery engineering and industrial technology.

• Proven ability to quickly develop trust and rapport with multiple hiring teams.

• Advanced knowledge of recruiting software and tools, job boards, applicant tracking systems and internet search methods. Must have demonstrated skills in the areas of innovative candidate generation, selection, and engagement.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Deep experience conducting and organizing interviews using various methods, as well as leading post interview meetings and collecting/sharing feedback.

• Must be passionate about data and metrics, and their application to recruiting.

• Working knowledge of employment laws and practices, including OFCCP compliance.

• Ability to travel when required.

The hourly range for this contract role is $45.00 to $60.00. Actual pay depends on various factors, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
