GROUP II, LLC Hiring for Cost Accountant – Newly Created Position! Job at Milwaukee, WI Full Time

Incredibly stable and well-known international manufacturing company is searching for a Cost Accountant to add to their team. This position will be responsible for analyzing company financials, product costing, preparing financial reports, budgeting and forecasting.

Daily responsibilities will include –

• Compile and analyze monthly reporting, forecasting, variance reports and budgets
• Analyze manufacturing costs, prepare cost calculations and propose recommendations for cost savings
• Institute department budgets for facility, research variances with management, and assist in establishing budgets for capital projects
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts
• Act as ERP site expert, manage annual cost roll and ensure system accuracy
• Monitor and maintain accounting compliance within company guidelines
• Extensive internal interaction with department leaders and company executives

Position requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years accounting experience, outstanding communication skills, proven problem solving skills, be technology savvy including experience in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
