Groundscare Landscape LLC Hiring for HR Recruiter Full Time

GroundsCare Landscaping is seeking a HR Recruiter for our Somerville NJ location to recruit for our landscaping and snow removal divisions. Apply now if you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity!

Responsible for full life cycle recruitment and selection process as assigned, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating job offers/transfers to fill open positions.

• Assist with filling open positions with internal and external personnel due to company growth.
• Create and post job descriptions and maintain active presence through networking and career sites such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, indeed.
• Develop and execute recruiting advertising strategy to review with hiring managers.
• Select candidates and review resume, identifying those having the basic qualifications for the job.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule applicants for interviewing.
• Assist hiring managers in their decision-making regarding entire hiring process.
• Coordinate critical pre- and post-employment processes including job offers, background checks, and new hire orientation preparation and support.
• Collect all documentation needed for the personnel file of the new hire.
• Conduct follow up emails or calls to applicants that were interviewed but not selected.
• Create communities of prospective candidates and referrals by utilizing Social Networking sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Manage the flow and status of candidates through the Applicant Tracking System.
• Participate in new hire onboarding / orientations
• Staffing needs will be for landscaping and snow removal employees as well as leaderships roles.
• Evaluate recruiting and interviewing processes and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct college & university recruitment activities by establishing and maintaining relationships with colleges and universities.
• Participate in on-campus events including job fairs, classroom presentations, and employer days.
• Participate in weekly recruitment meetings.

Who we are seeking:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish, required.
• Work experience which includes recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and/or scheduling hourly associates
• Staffing Agency work experience preferred.
• Experience with college and university recruitment activities preferred.
• Experience working with social media outlets, applicant tracking system, and web-based recruitment applications and/or software required
• Highly organization and multi-task capability
• Superior time management skills
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs
• Travel to events and college fairs when needed
