Human Resources Assistant

EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR A FAST-GROWING AUTOMOTIVE DEALER GROUP!! Grote Automotive is looking for a Human Resources Assistant in our Corporate office for our 5-location dealership. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for the daily administrative HR duties with recruiting, hiring, onboarding new employees, benefits, and all aspects of Human Resources. The successful employee will be able to meet deadlines and have experience working with multiple departments consistently.

What you will do:

· All aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, orientation, job evaluations, benefit programs, policies and procedures, legal compliance, maintaining employee records and all Human resource platforms.

What we are looking for:

· High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

· Prior experience in human resource roles is preferred

· Highly organized

· Team-oriented and able to work with employees at all levels

· Familiarity with Microsoft office software a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
