Grosvenor Associates is pleased to advertise for the position of HR associate. Grosvenor offers a variety of business services to medium sized companies throughout the UK, particularly assisting with technology driven solutions.
This position will involve working directly with several of our existing teams and assisting them with their hiring needs. You will develop and nurture long term business relationships and manage the whole recruitment process for your own clients.
The role will be a mix of working from home and attending local job centres to your area to meet and interview clients. We anticipate around 5 days per month spent on site at Job Centres with the remaining time being remote working. There is considerable flexibility in the role with the opportunity to combine it with study or family commitments.
Whilst it is advantageous to have experience in recruitment, it is not essential. The company is looking to hire enthusiastic people who are self starters. You will be strong communicators and enjoy building relationships with clients. You will have competent ICT skills, capable of using Microsoft Word, Outlook. However, most importantly, you will be organised and conscientious. Since this role involves a lot of remote working, you will have a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet access, and a quiet place to work from.
Typical responsibilities include:
Liaising with clients by email, telephone and Zoom.
Following up on applicant referrals, arranging and conducting telephone interviews.
Liaising with regional job centres and attending centres for appointments.
