We are seeking a team member to join our growing, client-focused and high-touch financial services firm’s Gulf South Region offices (Metairie (Headquarters), Mandeville, Baton Rouge, LA and Gulfport, MS). As Financial Advisors and Planners, we partner with clients by collaborating and creating customized financial plans built on their unique needs and goals. And through industry-leading solutions, we help them protect what they’ve worked so hard to save, while also growing their assets for the future.
OBJECTIVE
The Client Services Advisor plays a pivotal role by partnering with Wealth Advisors to provide support to the sales process and provide a high level of client service to existing clients. We are looking for a licensed advisor with financial services proven experience to help us deliver outstanding service by building and nurturing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have exceptional client service and communication skills, with a good understanding of financial planning. The Client’s needs/goals are at the forefront of this position’s responsibilities, as it is important to accurately capture information regarding the Client’s current state and future goals concerning their financial picture.Putting clients’ needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Conduct existing client strategy visits to review their current plan, identify changes, and adjust accordingly according to stated needs and goals
· Collaborate with other Wealth Advisors and Paraplanners to make sure the plan is designed according to client’s needs/goals
· Prepare and review all new account paperwork to ensure documents are complete and in good order
· Verify accounts are traded into the correct models and aid operation teams as needed; track incoming rollovers, other investment funding, and transfers to ensure that all applicable accounts moved as expected
· Supervise client account activity, researching and resolving issues
· Document key client milestones and other meaningful data into systems that will assist in future client interactions
· Conduct client strategy visits as life happens and adjustments must be made to the Client plan
· Travel to all office locations as needed
· Assist with client attraction and retention events
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management
· Securities License (Required)
· Insurance Life and Health License (Preferred)
· 2+ years Financial Services Industry experience
· Someone who builds relationships centered on trust, open communication, and transparency

Pay: $66,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
