What will you be doing?
You’ll be creative with a flair for design and the ability to produce engaging marketing materials. You will be able to utilise various creative mediums and communications channels to engage with a range of target audiences and promote the key workstreams of the Talent Centre of Excellence. To support your learning and development you’ll have the opportunity to undertake Public Relations and Communications Assistant Apprenticeship Standard, Level 4 as part of this role.

In addition, strong administrative skills and accuracy are essential as you’ll be involved in the administration of recruitment, apprenticeships and event management. You will need strong organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities, whilst remaining focused on meeting deadlines. You’ll be a confident communicator with a passion for customer service, who enjoys responding to first line queries from employees, training providers and line managers.

About you:

• Creative with a flair for design.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead and deal with multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, matched with strong communication skills.
• Be adaptable, and flexible at prioritising tasks
• ‘Can do’ attitude, with a proactive outlook to improve the customer experience.
• Work experience within a recruitment and/or comms/marketing strand.
• Have proven experience in working in an administrative setting.
• Experience of using Microsoft office i.e Excel, Word and Teams, as well as social media platforms.
• Passion for delivering great customer service.

Where will you be working?
This role is based in our Nottingham Office at Colwick Quays Business Park and has an option for hybrid working. You’ll be an integral part of the wider team, so being a strong team player as well as having the confidence to work independently use your own initiative is essential.
